Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled service date.

Deposit & Payment

– A deposit is required to secure your reservation and must be paid at least 4 weeks before your scheduled service date. The balance will be due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

Changes to Reservations

– We understand that plans can change. If you need to alter the time of your service, we will do our best to accommodate your needs without any additional fees, provided that you notify us well in advance. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Wait Time Policy

– Complimentary wait time of up to 45 minutes is provided for all pickups. Any wait time exceeding 45 minutes will be subject to additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

Special Circumstances

– We recognize that unforeseen events such as flight delays or extended customs clearance processes can affect your schedule. Should you experience such delays, please contact our dispatch team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and adjust your service accordingly to minimize any inconvenience.
